Members of the Kenyon community are welcome to reserve facilities in the athletic center for classes and seminars, lectures, meetings, social gatherings, conferences, ceremonies, and of course athletic events. Please use Kenyon Reservations to reserve a space. Spaces that can be reserved include:
- Conference Room 103 - occupancy: 10
- Conference Room 136 E - wet classroom (pool hours only with lifeguard on duty)
- Small Multipurpose Room 221- occupancy: 30
- Large Multipurpose Room 237 - occupancy: 100; dance classes have first priority
- Theater - occupancy: 120
- Conference Room 205 - occupancy: 8
- Conference 223 (lounge) - Occupancy 12
- Conference Room 230 - occupancy: 8
These spaces can accommodate audio-visual equipment and computer-based presentations, as well as varied seating arrangements and lighting options. Learn more about the facilities (XML).
Outside groups interested in renting Lowry Center facilities when Kenyon is not in session should contact Lowry Center Director Justin Newell at 740-427-5460.
Scheduling priorities:
6:00-8:00 a.m. Varsity teams and the Kenyon Fit program have first priority, followed by academic and physical education classes, intramural and club sports, and the general population.
800 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Academic and physical education classes have first priority, followed by Kenyon Fit, varsity teams, and the general population.
4:00 p.m.-closing, and weekends. Same order of priority as for 6:00-8:00 a.m.
