An elite relay performer, Peticolas claimed a dozen NCAA swimming event titles during her Kenyon swimming career. She also added one individual event title, bringing her final haul to 13 titles.
Her NCAA trophy case included four titles in the 200-yard freestyle relay, three in the 400-yard freestyle relay, two in the 200-yard medley relay and one title in each the 400-yard medley and 800-yard freestyle relays. She also won the 50-yard freestyle in 1991 for her lone individual title.
She earned a career total of 25 All-America awards. In addition to her relay success, she posted a dozen top-10 finishes in individual NCAA freestyle and backstroke events.
