One of Kenyon's most versatile athletes, Leonard captained and earned four letters each in baseball, basketball, and football. In baseball, he was a two-time All-Ohio Athletic Conference honoree and won the conference home run crown in 1976. In football he piled up 1,174 career receiving yards, was twice named to the all-conference team, and was named an All-American tight end in 1976. In basketball he logged 693 career points in 96 games.
