Kenyon College Athletics

A member of three NCAA Championship swimming and diving teams. A five-time NCAA event champion and a 22-time All-American. In the 2009 season, Ertel won the national title in the 200-yard individual medley. Two years prior, she earned her other four national event titles as part of relay teams on Kenyon's 2007 squad. At the conference level, she was an eight-time event champion. She was the 2007 NCAC Swimmer of the Year and a two-time winner of the Daniel Ray Memorial Trophy, given to the team's most valuable member.
