Kenyon College Athletics

A spectacular tennis player, William Schneebeck filled Kenyon's No. 1 singles position for four-straight seasons. As a junior, Schneebeck led the 1948 Lords to a share of first place in the Ohio Conference standings. That same year, he went on to with the conference's singles championship, a title he would successfully defend the following season. Schneebeck entered the KAA Hall of Fame alongside his daughter, Lynne, as the first father/daughter pairing to be inducted.
