Freshman Caylee Hamilton was a part of four victories on Saturday as the Ladies
defeated Oberlin in a dual meet at James A. Steen Aquatics Center.

GAMBIER, Ohio – The Kenyon Ladies swimming and diving team won every event on Saturday afternoon as they defeated Oberlin College 170-74 in a dual meet at James A. Steen Aquatics Center.

First-year
Caylee Hamilton was one of four Ladies to win multiple events on Saturday as the team returned to scored competition for the first time since the TPSC Invitational.

Hamilton began her efforts in the 200-yard medley relay. Teaming up with
Molly Dierker, Kaitlin Rossman and
Julie Dierker, the quartet finished in 1:54.15 earning Kenyon's first victory.

Six events later, Hamilton won the 50 freestyle in 24.43 and added another individual win in the 100-yard butterfly (59.73). To cap off her efforts, she swam a leg during the 200 freestyle relay.
Cecina Babich Morrow,
Sam Palicz and
Amy Socha also swam that race which was completed in 1:42.77.

Palicz and Socha also helped register multiple even wins on top of their relay efforts. Socha won the 200 butterfly and 500 free while Palicz claimed first in the 200-yard backstroke. In diving,
Madeline Carlson won both the 1-meter and 3-meter boards by tallying 233.17 and 257.47 points, respectively.

Seven more individuals claimed wins against the Yeowomen. During the first individual event of the day, Â
Gail Anderson won the 1000 freestyle in 10:43.86. That was followed up by
Julia Green's top finish in the 200 free.

Senior
Kanchi Desai touched the wall first in the 100 backstroke while
Sophia Kuvan won the 100 breaststroke. Rounding out Kenyon's wins included
Celina German's victory in the 100 free,
Ren DeBrosse during the 200 breast and
Summer Otazu's 200-yard individual medley victory.

Next on the calendar for the Ladies is another home meet on January 26 against Ohio Wesleyan University at 6 p.m.Â
