Former Kenyon head coach Jim Steen earned the College Swimming & Diving Coaching Association of America (CSCAA) Division III Women's Swimming Coach of the Year award five times in his career. In 2013 Jess Book took home the award for the first time in his career and then followed up with his second honor in 2019.
