Ohio law via Executive Order 2021-10D states that all student-athletes may receive compensation for Name-Image-Likeness (NIL). Any student-athlete with an NIL contract must report that information to Kenyon College for review.

Please remember that any compensation from an NIL deal is based on who the athlete is and not what the athlete does regarding athletic performance, statistics, awards, etc.
