Field Hockey Assistant Coach Hannah Pany

Hannah Pany

Hannah Pany joined the Kenyon staff prior to the 2019 season as a first-time assistant coach. She brought with her plenty of on-field experience, playing in the defense for the NCAA Division I Buckeyes of The Ohio State University. In the 2019 campaign, she helped the Ladies to a 15-4 record, an appearance in the NCAC Tournament final and coached four All-NCAC selections. 

During her four season with the Buckeyes, Pany played in 73 career games and logged seven assists, including a team-high six assists during the 2018 campaign. Defensively, she helped the Buckeyes post 13 shutouts throughout her career. She was named team captain her senior season and was the recipient of the OSU Unsung Hero Award for commitment, willingness and positive attitude.

While at Ohio State, Pany also was a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and Athletes in Action. In the summer of 2018 she worked as intern with the OSU Sports Nutrition Department. In May 2019, she graduated with a degree in psychology.

Pany logged previous coaching experience as the head coach of the Field Hockey Life Club in Columbus, where she worked three seasons teaching fundamentals, managing practices and creating game plans.
