Ryan Walters joined the Kenyon College men’s soccer staff in 2026. A former collegiate player at Mount Vernon Nazarene University (MVNU), Walters brings extensive playing and coaching experience to the program.
During his collegiate career, Walters served as a two-time team captain and earned Crossroads League All-Conference honors twice and Academic All-Conference honors twice. He was also recognized as MVNU Defensive Player of the Year.
Prior to college, Walters competed at the highest levels of youth soccer with Club Ohio Soccer, serving as a five-time team captain. He was part of four Ohio South State Championship teams, a Midwest Regional Championship team, and competed at the USYS National Championships and in the USYSA National League.
Walters has continued to develop as a coach through club and youth coaching. He is passionate about player development, team culture, and helping student-athletes reach their potential both on and off the field.
