Former Kenyon College women’s lacrosse player and captain Liz Daly returns to her alma mater for her first season as assistant coach in 2015. A 2012 graduate, Daly spent the last couple of years honing her coaching skills to help lead the Ladies this spring.
Prior to her return, Daly was the head coach for the University of Chicago club women’s lacrosse team in the spring of 2014. During that same time, she assisted the Whitney Young lacrosse team as the goalie coach and also served as the junior varsity head coach.
Daly owns additional experience with the Lakeshore lacrosse program based out of Chicago. She was the co-head coach of the 2020s National Team and head coach of the 2019s National Team in the past year.
During her playing days at Kenyon, Daly was a defender who played in 61 career games and registered six goals and three assists. She scooped up 68 groundballs, took 46 draw controls, and forced 27 turnovers. In her senior season, she was named both team MVP and an All-NCAC first-team member.
