Casey Coughlin joined the department as a part-time Athletics Communications Assistant after being hired in the fall of 2023.
At his full-time job, he is a Communications and Public Relations Associate for the Office of International Affairs at The Ohio State University. There, he collaborates on strategic marketing and communications efforts that elevate the university’s global engagement and academic impact.
Coughlin graduated from Ohio State in December 2022 with an undergraduate degree in Strategic Communications and earned Summa Cum Laude honors. During his undergraduate career, he gained valuable experience in Ohio State's sports media relations program and even started his own club. He is a native of Lakewood, Ohio and currently lives in Columbus, Ohio.
