In August 2023, Chris Rosselot was hired as Kenyon's director of strength and conditioning, overseeing all 22 Owls sports. His duties also include serving as the director of the Patterson Fitness Center.
Rosselot came to Kenyon via nearby Otterbein University, where he worked as a coach both in strength and conditioning and within the football program. Prior to his time at Otterbein, he spent three years at Franklin College, an NCAA Division III institution in Franklin, Indiana. During that time, he also tackled two jobs, serving as the head of strength and conditioning for the Grizzlies' 22 sports and as an assistant coach for the football program.
Before Franklin, Rosselot took on similar capacities at Hiram College, a member of the NCAC. Beginning in 2013, he started as the strength and conditioning coordinator for Terriers football. In 2016, he was promoted to defensive coordinator and in 2019 he served as interim head coach.
Certified as a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Strength and Conditioning Specialist and as a United States of America Weightlifting (USAW) Level 1-Sport Performance Coach, Rosselot's resume also includes an internship with the NFL's Cincinnati Bengals, an internship with University of Akron's football program and a year of work as a sports performance supervisor at Akron General Sports Medicine.
In December of 2012, Rosselot graduated from Mount Saint Joseph University with a degree in sport management. One year later, he departed Xavier University with a master's degree of education in sport administration.
