Sherry Miglin has been an assistant cross country coach at Kenyon since the 2003 season. During that time, the Lords and Ladies have each captured a conference championship and placed 46 Ladies on the All-NCAC squad along with 28 Lords.
Miglin, who also works as the throwing coach for the Kenyon track programs, has a wide range of teaching experience. She spent eight seasons coaching high school basketball and volleyball in the Toledo (Ohio) public schools before moving on to coach track and volleyball at Groveport Madison.
In 1997, Miglin moved to nearby Mount Vernon, Ohio, where she currently resides with her husband and four children. Since the move, she's served as the middle school guidance counselor, as well as volleyball and track coach.
A graduate of Defiance College, Miglin won four letters in volleyball, two in basketball, and two in track and field. She earned her bachelor's degree in education and went on to earn master's degrees in counseling from the University of Dayton and in school administration from the University of Cincinnati.
