A graduate of the University of Akron, Lattimore most recently was the head track and field coach at Centennial High School in Columbus, Ohio. In one season with the program, he guided the Stars to a City League runner-up finish.

Lattimore also gained three seasons of coaching experience as an assistant for cross country and track and field at Hilliard Darby High School in Hilliard, Ohio.

At the collegiate level, Lattimore spent one season as an assistant at both Case Western Reserve University and Notre Dame College.

He’s teachings at those previous jobs resulted in combined totals of nine all-conference performers, eight conference champions, two national qualifiers, a school record holder and a state qualifier.

During his competitive career, Lattimore was a sprinter who finished 14th in the 200-meter dash at the 2010 USA Track and Field National Championship.
