GAMBIER, Ohio -- The Kenyon Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (KSAAC) hosted its annual KESPY Awards in Tomsich Arena on Monday evening as student-athletes, coaches, and administrators gathered to celebrate team and individual student-athlete accomplishments spanning the 2025-26 academic year.
The awards banquet was hosted by student-athletes Mikayla Rudolph and Owen Breen, and women's golf coach Evan Williams. Additionally, the event included remarks from
Tommy Bell, Interim Director of Athletics, Fitness, and Recreation, from President Julie Kornfeld, and from Celestino Limas, Vice President of Student Affairs. Student-athletes were greeted with a highlight video that played while a catered dinner was served. Williams then announced winners of the Athletics Department awards (listed below), and then followed by announcing the winners of KSAAC's slate of unique awards.
| Senior Athletes of the Year |
Given annually to one member of a women's sports team and one member of a men's sports team in the current graduating class, the Senior Athletes of the Year are selected by the Kenyon Awards Committee based on individual athletic achievement and how those achievements impacted team success.

| Falkenstine Award |
This award was established by the Beta Alpha chapter of Beta Theta Pi, in honor of the late Mr. Falkenstine, coach and director of athletics at Kenyon College from 1953 to 1964. It is awarded to outstanding scholar-athletes who best display the distinguished characteristics of both leadership and integrity.

| NCAC/NCAA Sportsmanship Award -- Nominees |
The NCAC/NCAA Sportsmanship Award honors a student-athlete who, through actions in the competitive arena of intercollegiate athletics, has demonstrated one or more of the ideals of sportsmanship, including fairness, civility, honesty, unselfishness, respect and responsibility.
The Kenyon Athletics Awards Committee selects two winners each year, one from a men's teams and one from a women's teams. The committee forwards Kenyon's winners on to the NCAC, which, in turn, advances two nominees, from all conference submissions, to the NCAA for consideration at the national level.

| NCAC Scholar-Athlete Award |
The North Coast Athletic Conference Scholar-Athlete Award is given annually to one student-athlete from men's teams and one student-athlete from women's teams from each NCAC member school. Instituted in the 1990-91 season, the award honors outstanding academic and athletic achievement.

| NCAC Pam Smith Woman of the Year -- Nominee |
A North Coast Athletic Conference award that honors senior student-athletes who have distinguished themselves throughout their collegiate careers in the areas of academic achievement, athletics excellence, service and leadership. The NCAC selects the winner of the award from a pool consisting of one female nominee per school. The winner is then moved forward as the conference's nominee for NCAA Woman of the Year consideration.
