Owls finish in 10th at All-Ohio

CEDARVILLE, Ohio– The Kenyon College men's cross country team traveled to the All-Ohio InterCollegiate Challenge hosted by Cedarville University. A total of 24 full teams with 420 qualifying participants took part in the 2026 edition of the meet across all three NCAA divisions, run clubs and other academic institution teams. The Owls captured 10th place overall (out of 24 teams) and fifth place across all Division III participants in the 8 kilometer race.

Andrew Rich led the way for the Owls, pacing his way to 35th place overall and 11th out of all Division III institutions with a time of 26:20.3 as a first year. Closely behind was the winner of the 2026 Port Kenyon, Charlie Menzel. He finished with a time of 26:25.4 earning him 40th place and 15th place out of Division III participants.

The next finishers for Kenyon were Evan Blenkinsop and Noah Berg. Blenkinsop cashed in his race ticket with a 26:33.1 (49th place) with Berg coming in next with a time of 26:54.1(72nd place) both runners posting solid times.

Elliot Maggiotto and Austen Boyd rounded out the scoring runners for the Owls on Friday. Maggiotto returned a time of 27.09.1 and a 90th place finish, while Boyd finished in 27:16.4 and in 100th place. The final member of the squad was Caleb Low who finished in 27:22.0

The regular season is not running away yet for the Owls with their next event at Lehigh University on October 2, for The Paul Short Run.
