The 2015 season will be Patrick Tresey’s second with the Kenyon Lords football program. Tresey’s areas of focus are to work with the team’s wide receivers and take on duties as the passing game coordinator.

Tresey came to Kenyon after two seasons at nearby Ashland University, where he worked with the Eagles offense as a graduate assistant. In those two seasons, the Eagles posted a combined 16-6 record and averaged over 35 points and 417 yards per game.

Prior to his stint at Ashland, Tresey spent a season as the offensive graduate assistant coach at UCLA. In that role he assisted in preparation of the weekly game plan, organized and coached the defensive scout team, prepared and reviewed film with the offensive staff, updated and maintained the offensive playbook, and directed tight end meetings during bowl practice week.

Tresey got his start in coaching at his alma mater, College of Mount St. Joseph in 2010.  He was an offensive assistant with that program. He also collected previous coaching experience at a number of football camps, including The Ohio State Football Camp for four years.

During his playing days at College of Mount St. Joseph, Tresey was named to both all-conference and all-academic teams. He graduated in 2011 with a degree in sports management.
