Kenyon remains fourth at NCAA’s halfway point

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Competing in four more events on day two, the Kenyon College men's swimming and diving team continued its run at the 2026 NCAA Division III Men's Swimming and Diving Championship on Thursday night.

The Owls logged three more finishes inside the top five for the evening to remain in fourth place on the team leaderboard with 150 points and two more nights remaining.

Ethan Manske battled to a fourth place finish as well in the 400 individual medley, where his 3:51.23 time accounted for a season best and earned him first team all-American honors.

In the first event of the evening, Teo Jaworski also took fourth in the 200 freestyle with a 1:36.60 time, which put him on the nation's first team. That mark cleared his previous season best by two seconds.

The quartet of Drjordje Dragojlovic, Neil Abrahamson, Spencer Stluka and Peter Dunson teamed up in the final event of the night, the 200 freestyle relay. Their 1:18.88 time was the team's fastest this season and good enough for fourth place and first team all-American honors.

Back in the 100 butterfly, Roman Savage took third in the consolation heat with a 47.91 mark, which gave him second team all-American honors.

Halfway through the event, Denison remains in the top spot, amassing 226 points. The University of Chicago (179) and New York University (169) sit ahead of Kenyon.

Friday's preliminary heats will begin at 10 a.m. with finals starting at 6 p.m.
