Scout Wilkins, a native of Gilbert, Arizona, is a four-year letterwinner for the Ladies swimming and diving program. During her time on campus, the Ladies won two North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) Championships and had two NCAA Championship runner-up finishes. A distance specialist, she qualified for the 2018 NCAA Championship and turned in top-25 individual performances in the 500-yard freestyle and the 1,650-yard freestyle. Her 15th-place showing in the 500 earned her All-America status. More recently, she logged a seventh-place finish in the 1,650 at the 2020 NCAC Championship.

Job Title: Client Solutions Associate
Employer: FactSet
Location: San Francisco, California
Job Description: As a Client Solutions Associate I will work closely with finance professionals to identify and implement solutions specific to clients' unique workflows through FactSet's award-winning product suite, including company research, portfolio analysis, and investment modeling.  Â
Kenyon's role:Â I was so fortunate to be a part of the Kenyon Women's Professional Network and through this was paired with a mentor, Katherine Guerard (Kenyon '10) who currently works at FactSet in New York. She, as well as Jazz Glastra from the Career Development Office, were huge resources for me as I searched for jobs, prepared for interviews, and solidified my resume.Â
What I'll never forget about Kenyon: Afternoons on south quad! I loved hanging with friends in front of Old Kenyon, listening to live music (from student bands), working on homework or playing games.Â
