Job Title: Campus Recruiting Coordinator
Employer:Â AlphaSights
Location: New York, NY
Job Description: The Campus Recruitment Coordinator Program at AlphaSights gives coordinators the opportunity to have a large impact on the firm's growth, as they learn to identify AlphaSights' largest asset: their people. As a coordinator, I will gain exposure in a variety of areas, including: candidate experience, campus recruitment, candidate evaluation, coordination and operations, and recruiting initiatives and special projects. Through learning the fundamentals of recruiting, coordinators gain the skills and experience needed to become a Campus Recruiter one year from joining the company, and are on the path to become a Recruiting Manager.
Kenyon's role:Â Kenyon has allowed me to explore my passions both in the classroom and in the community. As a student-employee for the Career Development Office, I was able to find my interests in career development and recruiting, while also forging strong connections with the career counselors within the CDO. Along with this, a Kenyon alum connected me with Scouted for an internship, another company that allowed me to explore the world of talent and recruiting. Overall, the support system I had on Kenyon's campus and in the Kenyon community beyond Gambier helped me in finding my passion for recruiting, perfecting my resume and interviewing skills, and landing a dream postgraduate role with AlphaSights.
What I'll never forget about Kenyon: I will never forget the connections I made with others while at Kenyon. I will be forever thankful for my experience on this very special hill and getting a chance to meet such amazing people. I have found my forever friends through Kenyon, and I will always cherish the memories I have created over the last four years.
