Miller selected to NCAA Women Coaches Academy Class 55

GAMBIER, Ohio — Kenyon College head softball coach Emily Miller has been invited to join the upcoming 55th class of the NCAA Women Coaches Academy (WCA), hosted by WeCOACH in partnership with the NCAA. The event will take place November 16–18 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The NCAA Women Coaches Academy provides a transformative, multi-day experience focused on leadership development and personal growth for women coaches across all levels of collegiate athletics. This year's class features 78 coaches representing 18 different sports and a combined 679 years of coaching experience.

During the three-day program, participants will take part in sessions focused on leadership strategies, personal development, and advancing women in coaching. Attendees will also hear from legendary figures in women's sports, including Hall of Fame coach Tara VanDerveer, who will be honored with the WeCOACH Lifetime Achievement Award, and an accomplished panel of veteran coaches and athletics professionals.

"It's an honor to be part of the WeCOACH Academy, class #55," Miller said. "I am eager to learn more from women who are breaking barriers, lifting each other up, and shaping the future of coaching. I'm grateful for the opportunity to learn and contribute to this powerful network."
