LOUISVILLE, Ky.– After helping lead the Kenyon College men's lacrosse team through another strong spring, seniors David Chintala and Adam Hall, along with junior Tanner Lewis, earned national recognition Wednesday as the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) announced its annual NCAA Division III All-America teams.
All three Owls were named honorable mentions, adding another major accolade to a season packed with individual milestones, program records, and all-conference honors.
Chintala capped his Kenyon career as arguably the most prolific offensive player in program history. The senior attacker powered the Owls' offense throughout the season, leading the team and ranking second among all North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) players with 53 goals. He also paced Kenyon with 70 total points, adding 17 assists while putting more than half of his shots on frame with a .506 shot-on-goal percentage. Beyond the box score, Chintala's final campaign helped cement his name atop the Kenyon record book. The attacker closed his career with 205 goals and 264 points, both of which stand as program records. He also added 38 ground balls and 12 caused turnovers this season, showing his impact extended well beyond his scoring touch.
The national honor adds to an already decorated resume for Chintala, who earned his third straight All-NCAC Second Team selection this spring after landing on the Third Team as a first-year.
Lewis made his own leap into the spotlight during a career-best junior season. The midfielder ranked second on the team with 55 points, pairing 25 goals with a team-high 30 assists. His assist total ranked third in the NCAC, as Lewis consistently served as one of the Owls' top creators and most reliable offensive engines. A steady presence from start to finish, Lewis started all 17 games for Kenyon and finished with a .569 shot percentage. He also chipped in 18 ground balls, helping round out a season that brought him his first career All-NCAC award and now his first USILA All-America honorable mention.
On the other end of the field, Hall once again served as the backbone of the Owl defense. The senior goalkeeper turned in another standout season in the cage, recording 191 saves while posting a .560 save percentage, the best mark in the NCAC. He also finished with a 9.00 goals-against average, which ranked second in the conference. Hall's final season added another chapter to one of the strongest goalkeeping careers in Kenyon history. His 191 saves pushed his career total to 777, extending his program record. After earning USILA All-America honors in 2025, Hall returned to the national list this spring as an honorable mention selection. He also closed his collegiate career as a four-time All-NCAC honoree
