Kenyon opened the dual with wins in all three doubles matches to take an early 3-0 team lead. The closest contest came in the No. 1 doubles match, but Kenyon's Eleni Lazaridou and Eleni Dakos paired up for an 8-5 decision. The Owls produced more dominant scores down the doubles line. First-years Allaire Berl and Shadia Amado Aguad earned an 8-2 win in the No. 2 spot, while Natalie Connelly and Erika Pontillo did not drop a game in their 8-0 win at No. 3.
Amado Aguad was the first Owl to secure her singles match, winning 6-1, 6-0 against Meghan Killmaster in the No. 3 bout. Dakos clinched the dual for Kenyon shortly thereafter by beating the Hornets' Maddie Hurley 6-0, 6-2.
Berl and Lazaridou followed suit with sweeps of the Nos. 2 and 1 singles matches, respectively, with Berl winning 6-2, 6-2 and Lazaridou winning 6-3, 6-3. The Owls closed out the 9-0 sweep in the Nos. 5 and 6 matches. Catriona MacIntosh claimed a 6-4, 6-2 win in the No. 5 match, while Lalasa Nagireddy earned a 6-1, 6-0 victory in the No. 6 match.
