The Owls of Kenyon College are set to host the 2025 North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) Women's Cross Country Championship on Saturday, November 1, with the men's competition scheduled to begin at 11 a.m., with the women's championship following shortly after. According to the conference coaches poll, the home team has been predicted to finish sixth overall.
Ohio Wesleyan University enters the championship as the favorite, earning six first-place votes and totaling 62 points. A victory would mark the Battling Bishops' first-ever NCAC women's cross country title. John Carroll University follows closely in second, collecting the remaining two first-place votes and 57 points. DePauw University ranks third with 48 points, while Wittenberg University sits in fourth with 41. Rounding out the standings are Denison University (28), Kenyon College (26), Oberlin College (18), and The College of Wooster (8).
In last year's championship, the Owls also finished sixth, tallying 173 points as a team. Junior
Olivia Ide led Kenyon with a 24th-place finish, scoring 21 points with a time of 24:12.29. Junior
Lucie Prior followed in 42nd (36 points, 25:12.52), while Ellianne Rezlaff and
Amelia Sims finished consecutively in 43rd and 44th. DePauw captured last year's team title with 26 points, the first in program history, followed by Wittenberg (49), Ohio Wesleyan (71), Oberlin (120), Denison (147), Kenyon (173), Wooster (174), and Hiram (217).
This season, the Owls opened strong with a fourth-place finish at the Port Kenyon Opener. They later placed 16th at the NCAA Pre-Regional in Louisville and capped their regular season with a 10th-place showing at the Oberlin Regional Rumble.

Anna Brown will look to lead the Owls on their home course. Brown has consistently been among Kenyon's top performers this season, notching finishes of first, third, tenth, and 17th, with a season-best time of 22:11.3. Providing strong support will be junior
Penny Griffioen, who ran her season-best time of 23:32.5 at the Louisville Classic.
