13 Owls earn NFHCA national academic honors

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Excellence in the classroom continues to match excellence on the turf for the Kenyon College field hockey program, as 13 Owls were named to the 2025 Division III National Academic Squad by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA).

The NFHCA National Academic Squad recognizes more than 1,800 outstanding undergraduate student-athletes from 147 institutions across Division III. Sponsored by OPA Winning Teams, the honor is reserved for student-athletes who post a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher through the fall semester and are nominated by their NFHCA member coaches.

Kenyon's group of honorees showcases the program's commitment to developing well-rounded student-athletes who thrive both competitively and academically. Representing the Owls on this national list are Ella Adamec, Lucy Baker, Abby Golub, Zady Hasse, Gigi Johnson, Maren Lawrence, Henny Maher, Casey Master, Ariana Rowe, Abby Sher, Olivia Wangerow, Ada Wigfield, and Rigby Zentner.
