Six Owls earn All-NCAC recognition

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) announced its 2026 All-NCAC women's lacrosse selections on Wednesday, and six members of the Kenyon College team secured spots on the list.

Lily Mason led the Owls' all-conference slate as Kenyon's lone First Team selection. Charlotte Skelly, Spencer Kirsch, and Cecily Torres earned Second Team honors, while Ashley Quinn and Emma Sage rounded out the group with Third Team selections.

Mason picked up her third career All-NCAC honor and second straight First Team selection after putting together a strong all-around season in the midfield. Appearing in 16 games and starting 12, the senior stuffed the stat sheet for the Owls, finishing with 31 goals, two assists, 33 points, 32 ground balls, 55 draw controls, and 23 caused turnovers. Mason led Kenyon in ground balls, draw controls, and caused turnovers, while ranking fourth on the team in goals and fifth in points. 

Skelly landed on the Second Team, marking her second career All-NCAC selection after earning Third Team honors a season ago. Starting 14 of her 17 games played, the sophomore finished second on the team with 34 goals and 43 points while adding nine assists. Skelly also ranked third on the team in shots with 67, fourth in assists, and led the Owls with two game-winning goals. She collected 22 ground balls as well, giving Kenyon a consistent scoring threat throughout the season.

Kirsch joined Skelly on the Second Team, also earning her second career All-NCAC nod after making the Third Team in 2025. Appearing in 17 games and starting 12, the senior paced the Owls' offense with team highs in goals, points, and shots, finishing with 39 goals, 46 points, and 88 shots. Kirsch also added seven assists, 22 ground balls, 42 draw controls, and 10 caused turnovers. Her draw-control total ranked third on the team, while her caused-turnover mark tied for fifth.

Torres secured her first career All-NCAC honor, earning a Second Team spot after a standout season on the back line. The senior played in 17 games and started 16, ranking second on the team in both ground balls and caused turnovers with 29 ground balls and 21 caused turnovers. Torres helped steady a Kenyon defense that caused 140 turnovers as a team.

Quinn earned her first career All-NCAC selection with a Third Team nod after emerging as one of KC's most balanced offensive contributors. Appearing in 17 games and starting 14, the senior tallied 19 goals and a team-high 19 assists, finishing third on the team with 38 points. Quinn also ranked fifth on the team in goals and shots, while tying for fifth in caused turnovers with 10. She added 22 ground balls, giving the Owls another versatile option.

Sage rounded out Kenyon's All-NCAC selections with a Third Team honor, marking her second career all-conference award after earning Second Team recognition as a first-year. The sophomore defender appeared in 15 games and started 12, finishing with 17 ground balls and 11 caused turnovers. Her caused-turnover total ranked fourth on the team, solidifying herself as a pillar of the backline.
