GAMBIER, Ohio – The postseason honors continued for the Kenyon College women's tennis team, as senior
Eleni Lazaridou and sophomore
Hana Nouaime were named Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Division III Women's All-Americans in doubles for the 2025-26 season.
The honor puts a fitting stamp on a standout season for Kenyon's No. 1 doubles tandem, which climbed into the national spotlight and finished as one of the top pairings in Division III. Lazaridou and Nouaime earned All-America status after closing the season ranked No. 10 nationally as the final rankings were released Wednesday, June 3.
For Division III doubles teams, ITA All-America honors are awarded to teams that meet at least one of the following criteria: earn a top-four seed in the NCAA doubles tournament, win one round at the NCAA doubles tournament, finish in the top 10 of the final ITA Collegiate Tennis Rankings, win the ITA Fall Regional Tournament, or win a first-round match at the ITA National Small College Championships.
Lazaridou and Nouaime put together a strong run from the top of Kenyon's lineup, finishing the 2025-26 season with a 19-8 overall record while going undefeated in conference play. The duo was also named the NCAC Doubles Team of the Year, further cementing its place as the top pairing in the conference and one of the best in the country.
Their season ended on the national stage at the 2026 NCAA Division III Women's Tennis Doubles Championships in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where they faced Washington University in St. Louis' top-ranked tandem of Eleanor Archer and Caitlin Bui. It marked the third meeting between the two doubles teams and closed the book on Lazaridou and Nouaime's time together as Kenyon's top pair.
As a tandem, Lazaridou and Nouaime finished with a 34-13 overall record, leaving behind a résumé built on conference dominance and success against some of the strongest competition in Division III. Their final No. 10 national ranking also marked a jump from where they stood at the same point last season, when the pair was ranked No. 25.
For Lazaridou, the honor adds another accolade to one of the most decorated careers in Kenyon women's tennis history. The senior closed hercareer as a four-time All-NCAC First Team selection, a three-time All-American in singles, the owner of the third-most singles wins in program history with an 81-18 overall record, and now an All-American in doubles.
Nouaime, meanwhile, added another major milestone to her sophomore season, securing her first All-American award of her career after earning her second straight All-NCAC singles selection at the conclusion of the conference season.
