Howard was the first Kenyon women’s tennis player to qualify for the NCAA Division III Singles Championship. During her senior season, she compiled a 14-2 record in singles play and an 11-4 record in doubles.

She won the North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) Singles Tournament and led the team to its first-ever conference title. She garnered All-NCAC first-team honors and was the first Kenyon student-athlete to be named NCAC Player of the Year in the sport of tennis.

Prior to winning the NCAC crown, and producing a perfect record of 10-0, Howard and the Kenyon team won the Great Lakes Colleges Association Tournament for the first time in program history. During that tournament, Howard placed third in both the singles and doubles brackets.
