Kenyon College Athletics

Wilson Ferguson became the Lords' starting goalkeeper his freshman year and guarded the Kenyon nets for four-straight seasons. He won All-Midwest Region certificates in three season and earned All-American status in 1952 and 1954, becoming just the second soccer player in College history to earn the national accolades. Ferguson's feat is even more impressive considering it came at a time when there was only one All-America team, consisting of members from both large and small institutions.
